• A pre-authorization of the credit card will be made if the booking is being done via phone.
• The documents related to room reservations would be required for all the guests.
• Please read the terms and conditions/tips and weather forecast properly before confirming the reservations to avoid any inconveniences
• Within 60 days of arrival, 75% refundable of the total booking amount.
• Within 45 days of arrival, no refund.
• At the time of booking, 50% payment has to be made as per the payment methods mentioned below.
• Before 30 days of arrival, balance payment
• In case of a no show, 25% of the total amount will be refunded
• In case of an early departure, no refund.
• Maximum of 1 extra bed can be accommodated in a room.
• Maximum of 3 adults can be accommodated in a room.
• In case extra bed is required, it will be available at an additional cost.
• The person availing the extra bed is entitled for all the inclusions of the package.
• Single child (7+ years to 15 years) – travelling with parents will be accommodated in the same room. In case extra bed is required, it will be available at an additional cost.
• Two Children (7+ years to 15 years) – travelling with parents, will be accommodated in the same room. In case extra bed is required, it will be available at an additional cost.
• Maximum of 1 extra bed can be accommodated in a room.

• Minimum acceptable age of children is 5 years for stay at The Grand Dragon Ladakh.
